Neal Shusterman kimdir?
Shusterman 12 Kasım 1962'de doğdu ve Brooklyn , New York'ta büyüdü . Shusterman küçük yaşlardan itibaren hevesli bir okuyucuydu. 16 yaşında, Shusterman ve ailesi Mexico City'ye taşındı. Liseyi orada American School Foundation'da bitirdi ve "Uluslararası bir deneyime sahip olmak hayatımı değiştirdi, bana dünyaya yeni bir bakış açısı kazandırdı ve başka türlü sahip olamayacağım bir güven duygusu verdi."
